Balsamic cream with pomegranate juice

White balsamic vinegar 54%, (white grape vinegar, rectified grape must concentrate, preservative: potassium metabisulfite), water, sugar, grapefruit juice from concentrate (8%), glucose-fructose syrup, stabilizer: xanthan gum, flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate.

• Serve the cream with aged or mature cheeses as a flavorful accent.
• Use the cream as a dressing (optionally mixed with LinArtis olive oil) in green salads, pasta salads, or salads with goat cheese and pecans.
• Drizzle the cream over grilled vegetables, such as bell peppers or zucchini, or add the cream to pumpkin soup.
• The cream is ideal as a marinade or 'finishing touch' for roasted chicken, other poultry, meat and fish.
• Delicious in combination with ice cream, custard, cheesecakes, fruit tarts, and pancakes.
• The flavor of fruit is enhanced by adding a few drops of the cream to your fruit (salad).
• Use the cream to give cocktails and long drinks a fruity, mild taste.
• Feel free to experiment with other combinations as well!
